The U.S. dollar eased away from two-and-a-half year highs against the yen on Monday, ahead of Tuesday’s policy announcement by the Bank of Japan and was little changed against the euro in quiet trade. On Friday Jean-Claude Juncker, the outgoing chairman of the eurogroup endorsed Dutch Finance Minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem to take over his job.
