The benchmark witnessed an increase of 63 points with volume of 232mn shares. Volumes were largely concentrated in low cap stocks which offered potential upside. HUBC and NBP performed backed by result expectation whereas KESC feel the heat of selling pressure after result announcement. We believe investors are cautiously optimistic over the current benchmark performance. Investors are inclined towards stocks which are expected to announce their result announcement.
